MSL demonstrated an excellent understanding of our venue and our needs specifically, with their swiftpos platform ticking the greatest number of boxes in terms of what we were looking for. Operating a Stadium, one of the key areas we want to cover is mitigating the risk of not being able to trade, and the swiftpos underlying core architecture really stood out in this regard, with its inbuilt redundancies and ability to operate completely offline, whilst maintaining the key cloud functionality we need on game day.

When it came down to the final decision between MSL and a competitor, it was clear the overall swiftpos solution was far superior in its underlying core architecture, functionality and robustness. We chose to partner with MSL Solutions to implement swiftpos due to the proven experience they had shown us in implementing to similar large sized and complex organisations. swiftpos and MSL has allowed ICC Sydney to innovate and evolve rapidly by adding functionality such as the OrderAway QR code solution and web ordering to our retail service offerings. The swiftpos system has shown itself to be more stable and user-friendly than the previous point of sale software with a noticeable reduction in support calls during events.

BEC went through an extensive review of a number of industry leading POS systems. From that initial meeting, we immediately saw major advantages that separated MSL from the pack, and significant improvements from our previous system. In the end, the decision to roll out SwiftPOS at BEC was an easy one.
